I took the woman hitler (anagram) and the kids to Glasgow airport while heidi came up the rear on the train. Having dropped them off I whizzed back to Glasgow Central, navigating the Glasgow city one way system and parking nowhere near the station, because in Glasgow you can't! We then hurtled back to the airport to say our final goodbyes, second time for me, and good luck to the lovely mother in law and Malcolm for their bravery. Viv in the meantime had spent the rest of her Gbp on a round of drinks at Starbucks.
So we're settled in at the hotel holiday inn, edinburgh airport, refreshed on pie chips and cheesecake (acclimatising the guts). Set for an early night of tea, twin and a special movie and gratuitous s...
At least that's my plan.
